You will be required to provide the following documents and information:
- A clearly legible scan or copy of valid passports (Captain, Crew & Guests).
- A copy of valid ship’s registration document with a complete description of the yacht (Technical specification).
- A copy of Bank Transfer for processing fee.
- A list of the Indonesian islands you intend to visit.
Cruising Information:
- Last port of call before entering Indonesian waters.
- First port of call on entering into Indonesian waters.
- The approximate date you will enter first port of call.
- The approximate date you will depart last port of call.
- Next port of call after leaving Indonesia.
- Purpose of the CAIT (Pleasure)
- The approximate number of days in Indonesia.
- For visit longer than 30 days, Crew and Guests will need an extended Visa.
For that they will need a Sponsorship Letter that Isle Marine Services can provide. Isle Marine Services will apply for a Social Visa on behalf of the applicants.

Condition: Isle Marine Services does not assume responsibility for any illegal activities, nor does it represent you in any legal matters unless asked by the owner or his / her representatives.
CAIT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All passports must be valid for at least 6 months upon entering Indonesia.
- Yacht registry must be valid when applying for a CAIT.
- Isle Marine Services will use the date you departed your last port of call as the starting date of your CAIT before entering Indonesian waters, unless the applicant requests a different date. The validation date cannot be changed without authorization from Indonesian authorities.
- A CAIT is valid for a total of 6 months, but doe have to be renewed after the initial 3 months. There is an additional charge for this.
- The CAIT application process should take up to 4 weeks from the date. Isle Marine Services receive a complete set of documentation from the applicant. The CAIT process can take longer than 4 weeks due to Indonesian government process policy.
Note: The Sending by courier of an original CAIT document can be Requested and must be paid by the applicant.
VISA SPONSORSHIP TERM & CONDITIONS:
- Isle Marine Services will issue a sponsorship letter for use in the visa application process.
- Isle Marine Services will on behalf of the applicant aplly for the Social Visa with Isle Marine Services sponsorship letter, BEFORE the applicant entering Indonesian waters.
- The applicant will receive an initial 60 days Social Visa when the applicant checks in with harbor/airport immigrations in Indonesia.
- The Social Visa can be extended 4 times for 30 days, up to 6 months, but must be extended before the first 60 days visa expires.
- Isle Marine Services will charge a fee per person for every sponsorship Social Visa Extention.
